Susan Minter - President

Susan Minter has been arranging flowers and giving tea parties since she was given her first tea set as a small child. By the age of five, she had graduated to serving her first guests, her dolls, Victoria and Baby Sweet Tears.

Her tables were always dressed in satin and candles, with a fresh hot-pink bouquet of Azaleas from the neighbors bush.The taste of Pecan Sandies and the stain of red Kool_Aid on her lips—a legal substitute for lipstick in her house—will always be high on Susan’s list of best childhood memories.

At 23, after taking some time off to be a typical teenager, Susan went into the floral business with her mom, Barbara, and has been working in the wedding and floral industry ever since.

Susan’s passion for design, along with her love of flowers, and strong desire to create special memories for others led to the creation of The Event Divas in 2009.

Having a large affair and don’t know where to begin or have a great idea and don’t know how to execute it? Hiring the Event Divas as your personal designer/consultant is the best way to begin the planning and designing process. This service offers unlimited access to the Event Divas as we style your next special event whether it’s your dream wedding, anniversary/birthday party, or an inspirational corporate event. It’s the best choice for getting your big event off the ground and the perfect way to begin mapping out a budget.

Floral/Decor Packages

We specialize in customized elegant floral arrangements for the ceremony and reception and/or personal event, ambient lighting, props and much, much, more. With our passion for design and 25 years of experience we have the skills along with the ability to bring your vision to life. Call us directly or tell your planner you want a Diva to decorate your next affair.
Starting at $2,000 (up to 75 guests) $2,500 (100-125 guests) $3,500 (150-200) $5,000 (350 plus)

DIY (Do it yourself) Consultation

On a tight budget and need assistance putting it all together? Hire us for a 2-3 hour design consultation and we will hook you up with vendors that fit your budget and personality while helping you design an event you can easily do yourself. Okay, maybe not by yourself but one you can pull off with the help of your best friends in the whole wide world and some reliable family members.

$250 flat rate

24 hour Diva

This is where we bring in our favorite and most fabulous wedding planner to assist you on your special day. Starting one month prior to your wedding this package includes rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. More extensive packages available upon request.
